Got Questions?
What is Peanut Butter Powder, and how is it different from peanut butter?
It is roasted peanuts with most of the oil pressed out, then milled into a fine powder. That leaves the protein behind and takes most of the fat away, so a serving carries about 2g of fat against roughly 8g in the same weight of peanut butter. Add water and it becomes a spread again.
How do I turn the powder into peanut butter?
Start with two parts powder to one part water and stir. Add a little more water for a looser spread, less for a stiffer one. Every 100g of powder makes about 225g of peanut butter, so a 400g jar gives you close to 900g.
Can I bake with it, or only make spread?
Both. Blend it dry into shakes, smoothies, oats, and yogurt, or fold it into cookies, brownies, waffles, and batters where you want peanut flavor without the extra oil.
Who makes this for Aravly Market?
The recipe, the peanut specification, and the release testing are ours. The roasting, pressing, and milling happen at a certified partner facility while we find out whether this line earns a permanent place. Everything else we sell is made in our own facility, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume it.
What is the shelf life or expiration of this Peanut Butter Powder?
There are no chemical preservatives, so the natural shelf life is around 12 months. Check the expiration date before use, keep the jar closed, and store it dry.
